We currently ship out of Summerville, South Carolina using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Most orders ship out within 7-10 business days. Pre-orders will take longer. Our candles are carefully packaged using bio-degradable packing peanuts and recyclable boxes. We take special care in packaging your candles to protect them from weather and possible damage during transit. However, in extreme hot temperatures, your natural wax candle may soften or melt slightly. Please be sure to allow the candle to cool at room temperature for 24 hours before lighting to ensure the integrity of your burn.

RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not take returns at this time.  If we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize and will take care of that for you. Please email theraineandgraceco@gmail.com with your order number and details of the damaged or defective candle and we will replace it for you, on us!
